So here's the order (I think, non-playoff teams only):

1. Rams
2. Lions
3. Buccaneers
4. Redskins
5. Chiefs
6. Seahawks
7. Raider
8. Browns
9. Bills
10. Dolphins
11. Jaguars
12. Broncos (from Bears)
13. Titans
14. 49ers
15. Giants
16. Seahawks (from Broncos)
17. 49ers (from Panthers)
18. Steelers
19. Texans
20. Falcons

Texans and Falcons may be flip-flopped, not sure.

As a Redskins fan, I'm kind of nervous. Sure, we always need a quarterback, but to take a QB at 4 which would mean passing on a player such as Suh, Berry, or Okung may not be worth the QB's in this draft (Bradford, Clausen, etc). I think it would be wise to go with a defender or O-line, and then grab someone like McCoy or Pike in Rd 2 if still there.

Sorry, Bengals mafia, but you guys weren't bad enough this year to enter this discussion yet. Any other year...

Don't think Suh will be there for the Skins. I know we all like to wishfully think, but unless he tanks the combine he'll be 1-3, and of those teams would take him. Doubt Berry will be there, too.

I would like to see the Bucs trade down, but I'm not sure they will. That, or trade back up into the first with our 2 2nd round picks.

Skins need offensive line help badly. If they pick Jimmy Clausen, I'll riot.

Almost everyone this draft will be trying to trade up for Suh. I mean who wouldnt? Kid is a monster.

Suh will not drop out of the #1 without some shocking revelation in his personal life. Because he is hands down the most dominant defensive player to come out of the college game int he past few years.

Someone needs to be fired if he drops past #1 or #2. I don't really know what is a more pressing need for the rams, I assume they probably need talent pretty much everywhere though.

As a Rams fan and as much as we need the QB help, Id take Suh with the first pick and try to get a QB in the later rounds. THe Rams need to focus on defense I think with their first few picks. They could not stop a high school team at this point.

Rams and the Lions need to pass on Suh - I have heard that Suh has a drug problem. Well, he could not using, but got pulled over trying to solicit sex from an undercover cop, and then they found drugs and illegal firearms in the stolen car he was driving without a license, with no shoes on, while under the influence of a prescription medicine he said was his, but no doctor's info found.

Here's a huge free agency oddity that will greatly impact the draft due to the uncapped year, although it's not worth discussing until after the playoffs I suppose:
The rule will restrict the final eight teams in the playoffs from signing free agents. The final four teams shall not be permitted to negotiate and sign any unrestricted free agent to a player contract except for players who acquired their status by being cut or were on the final four team when their contract expired. Playoff teams five thru eight get a break to sign one player with a salary of $4,925,000 or more and any number of players with a first-year salary of no more than $3,275,000 and an annual increase of no more than 30 percent in the following years.

There is a mechanism to permit the final eight teams to sign an unrestricted free agent for each one of their own unrestricted free agents who sign with another club as long as they don't spend more than what their own lost player received from his new club.
I personally think the Redskins will go crazy with free agents since there's no cap and the cowboys, their main competition who can throw money around on par with them, will be restricted from signing anybody beyond what they lose if they win next week

Except there won't be many FA's worth signing. If there is no cap, any player under 6 years of experience will be RFA.

Two words for the Skins: Dan Lefevour. I am betting he is the next Big Ben.

I think their target is Bradford. I'd love nothing more for them to move down but it won't happen.

I'd just assume the Lions trade down a few spots. They have WAY too many holes to fill and having an extra 2nd round pick or even more would be a nice extra!

The Bucs and Rams feel the same way, I'm sure.

sorry, but nobody wants a top 5 spot unless there is a highly rated QB. Good luck finding a trade partner.

this year's draft will be heavy with talent because most of these kids will be told that there could be a rookie cap coming in the next CBA. If I was anywhere near say 3-4th round talent I would come out this year instead of waiting.

Just because this has been bugging me and I was too lazy to post before, here is the CORRECT draft order with * denoting a coin flip that has yet to take place... BTW if I recall correctly the tiebreaker is as follows: Easiest Strength of Schedule picks first. If still tied, then worst division record picks first. If still tied, then worst conference record picks first. If still tied, coin flip decides order.

1. St. Louis (1-15)
2. Detroit (2-14)
3. Tampa Bay (3-13)
4. Washington (4-12)
5. Kansas City (4-12)
6. Seattle (5-11)
7. Cleveland (5-11)
8. Oakland (5-11)
9. Buffalo (6-10)
10/11. Chicago (7-9)* (Traded to DEN)
10/11. Jacksonville (7-9)*
12. Miami (7-9)
13. San Francisco (8-8)
14. Denver (8-8)(Traded to SEA)
15. New York Giants (8-8)
16/17. Carolina (8-8)* (Traded to SF)
16/17. Tennessee (8-8)*
18. Pittsburgh (9-7)
19/20. Atlanta (9-7)*
19/20. Houston (9-7)*
