can Tennessee go from being the best team in the NFL to the 2nd worst? (redskins are probably the worst)

38-0 with 1:53 left in the 2nd. I'm fairly interested to see how far the pats can run the score up.

that is the question i keep asking myself.....

Kerry Collins is playing horrible 8 INTs in 6 games and an 0-6 record

13-3 last year, and now 0-6.... we will be lucky to win 3 games this year at this rate.....

and the problem isn't with Jeff Fisher who is guaranteed to keep his job until he retires, but right now i question his decision making by letting Kerry play... time to bring in the QB of the future... this is just pathetic

oh definitely not Fisher. The guy has not really had many legit players in his career and this is the first team I can remember that didn't compete.

our defense doesnt want to play defense, and our offense just doesnt care enough to put points on the board... we dont want to win at all right now

59-0 at the end of the 3rd quarter.... im looking for a new team officially for the remainder of the season

Here's a funny stat about Washington. It may be something that has been said over and over but it's honestly something I noticed without the help of stat checkers.

Washington is 2-4 and next week, is the first time they will have played somebody that isn't winless.

Week 1: 0-0 Giants
Week 2: 0-1 Rams
Week 3: 0-2 Lions
Week 4: 0-3 Bucs
Week 5: 0-3 Panthers
Week 6: 0-5 Cheifs

That's awesome in an inept kind of way.

Is it possible for an owner to cause you to abandon the team you've loved your whole life? I used to give Snyder a pass because he brought in good players and actually wants to win really bad, but this crap he's pulling on Zorn is disgraceful.

I'm so conflicted.

I've never ever felt that eas a giants fan. We've always have had classy owners. Albeit some of our players like to shoot themselves in the leg. Head coaches come and go, but good owners don't. One of the things like like most about my giants is the front office.

It's crazy how Zorn was just trying to climb the coaching ranks like everybody else and then the Redskins basically ruined his career by promoting him to HC. Who would want him after he gets fired? He's been stripped of play-calling. What does he do? Is he essentially a challenge flag-holder? Poor guy never stood a chance.

I really like Zorn and hate to see all this happen to him. The Redskins are a prime example of what happens to you when you have a terrible offensive line and a terrible lack of effort. And it doesn't help having a quarterback with less emotion than a doorknob.

The only hope for us 'Skins fans is if "GM" Cerrato goes out the door with Zorn at the end of the season (assuming Zorn makes it to the end of the year).

Snyder has been pulling all the football-related strings (not really any secret there) and using Cerrato's name to hide behind since he bought the team. He's struck out on just about everything but Gibbs II and even that was somewhat of a failure.

There's a reason Marty canned Cerrato immediately. Snyder has got to reliquinish control to a real football guy or the 'Skins will continue to be terrible. Sad, but as long as the money is coming in, Snyder could care less.

its all about defense. their pass d is worst in the league. when you have 4 or 5 of your secondary on the injury report each and every week, it’s a huge hole. not only that but they have faced 4 of the top 5 qbs in the league so far…yikes…

when the #1 part of your offense is your run game you have to have a good defense to allow you no abandon the run because of a pt deficit. teams jump down tenn throat right off the bat and take chris johnson off the table and its game over.

Ask Fisher how much he misses Haynesworth about now.

Still can't figure out why they insist on throwing Kerry to the wolves. At least Vince is mobile enough to avoid getting killed every down.

answer = eh he wasnt worth the money that we would have had to spend on him.. it hurts but not as much

and the reason Kerry is still playing boggles my mind, but Vince is an equally horrible QB, so really its just all around suck from our QBs

He wasn't worth the money? Haynesworth's D for the 'Skins have been about the only saving grace this season. Meanwhile, TN is dead last in points scored.

He's played like a man possessed against the Chiefs. The 'Skins may be reeeeally bad on offense but their defense has played well.

granted espn doesn't know everything but i agree with this article...

plus the amount of money required to keep him in TN was not going to happen.... i mean think about it, we let go of Eddie George and Steve McNair who were 2 of the greatest Titans ever because of personal/money issues, you really think we are going to throw 41 mill guaranteed at Haynesworth... its not how the Titans do business

That's what folks here thought until the day he fired the iconic Bum Phillips.
