For a few days it was funny and kind of strange. Now it's getting old. The cartoon seen at the top of this and every page needs to be replaced.

(There has got to be a graphic designer somewhere on the campus who can create something special for flamefans.com.)

I'm with you on this one, Gymtalk. Maybe I'm too old to appreciate it, but it just doesn't do much for me.

Maybe you two missed it, but we need a graphic for the top of the page. No one has stepped up. So, until we get a decent graphic, PAmedic's artwork remains our banner.

I believe the problem is that while we as individuals can use official LU graphics for our avatars, sigs, etc., the board is not allowed to use them as a permenant banner. This means we have to create our own. I thought the old one with the orange flames was great, and if I recall we can thank HenryGale for that one, but I don't think it will work with the new color scheme.

For the record, the old logo (Tabbed the Party in Hell logo by some on the board) was created by TallyW. These days he is a little too busy planting a church in Baltimore to help us out.

Even if you aren't graphically inclined, you could make some suggestions that might be the inspiration that some of our design guys could run with for a new look.
