Soooo Big and looks so good. I hope it adds a monumental presence in the stadium. (which it will) I wouldn't like to see that if I am playing a away game.

Yeah because we've all heard how big jumbotrons are extremely intimidating.

Yeah, that jumbotron did real wonders intimidating opponents for the Wizards this year.

i drove by today, and as beautiful as the scoreboard is going to be, the back is going to be quite ugly. hopefully they carry over something from the old scoreboard by putting the logo on the back of this one.

What are they doing at the bookstore end of Williams Stadium? I saw that they took down the LU flames logo from the backside of the other scoreboard.

Are they really planning on adding more seats for this season? I know it has been talk about for a long time on this board but we only have a few more weeks until are first home game, Is it going to be temporary seating or built in seating that there going to add? It woudnt be hard to add temporary seating but i have been under the impression that we were going to get built in seats

The new seats have been put on hold. There was some issue with finding the right contractor for the job and the school didn't want to have to deal with a rush job on the seats to get them done in time for this season. More news about the stadium will be coming out soon. I just can't talk about it publicly right now.

I will echo what I said a while ago- the temp stands that they had at Homecoming last year looked decent and would be well used at the Homecoming, JMU and VMI games.
