I think curry the younger will do great at Duke.

I think he loved his time at Liberty.

And I think he will always want to come back to Liberty in the future.

Little curry will not see the floor until JR year....he might start Sr year if he isnt out recruited. His work ethic and laziness in the weight room and in practice will have to change to even make it at Duke...he could be in trouble if he takes the lackadaisical approach he did here but was able to get away with it b/c he was Baby Jesus and playing in the BSC

I think you might be right on the junior year thing, but I think it will be his academic junior year.

Those Curry boys know how to LEARN.

If you understand how to LEARN, you can go very far in life.

By the way, I apologize for my several year hiatus.

Ed Dantes stole my gusto, so I just had to quit.

Yeah, I don't buy this at all. Was he a little lazy in the weight room and that stuff? Maybe. How much of that had to do with him not being a huge fan of the coach and how he was being used? How much of that had to do with him knowing he was leaving? The kid just made the U19 National Team. To say he's one of the 12 best players under the age of 19 and that he won't play much at Duke (who, remember, is big time short on guards right now) is pretty crazy. While half the ACC is playing in crap summer leagues or just working out in their own gym, Curry is flying halfway around the world to play against the best players under the age of 19.

Look at the list of people who tried out - it's a major stretch to say he is one of the 12 best players under the age of 19...

Kemba Walker (Connecticut / New York, N.Y), Al-Farouq Aminu (Wake Forest / Norcross, Ga.), Dominic Cheek (Villanova / Jersey City, N.J.), Drew Gordon (UCLA / San Jose, Calif.), Kenny Boynton (Florida / Pompano Beach, Fla.), Darryl Bryant (West Virginia / Brooklyn, N.Y.), DeAngelo Casto (Washington State / Spokane, Wash.), Seth Curry (Duke / Charlotte, N.C.), Gordon Hayward (Butler / Brownsburg, Ind.), Darius Miller (Kentucky / Maysville, Ky.), Arnett Moultrie (UTEP / Memphis, Tenn.), Ralph Sampson III (Minnesota / Duluth, Ga.), John Shurna (Northwestern / Glen Ellyn, Ill.), Tyshawn Taylor (Kansas / Jersey City, N.J.), Howard Thompkins (Georgia / Lithonia, Ga.), Klay Thompson (Washington State / Ladera Ranch, Calif.), Terrico White (Mississippi / Memphis, Tenn.).

If those are the best under 19 players in the US, then the US is in trouble in the upcoming years for international play. They are good, but hardly encompass the best of the best. Kentucky has several freshman coming in that are considered better players than Darius Miller...

Dude, I'm all of them except for you, jack sparrow (my roomate) and eli cool breeze. I guess there were a few others who showed up from time to time, but I was even some of them.

Fine. Let's put it this way.

As soon as curry the younger meets me, he'll be on his way to the NBA.

Is this what we're going with now? He didn't like McKay? How could he not like how he was being used? Everything we did on offense revolved around him. I wonder if we're blaming McKay if he's still around.

Have to remember Duke is bringing in Andre Dawkins (could be a top-5 recruit by the end of his Sr. year) in 2011 as well as Tyler Thorton, who is probably the PG of the future.

Curry isn't going to walk right in and start but with Nolan Smith, Dawkins and Thornton--Curry is going to have to work really hard to see the floor, IMO.

best PG of the future? john wall is the consensus #1 pick in the 2010 nba draft and is considered to be even better than derrick rose.

I've never understood it but it's one of the biggest things that I heard towards the end of the year.

john wall hasn't even played a game in college yet...I'm not saying he will or he won't be amazing, but let's give him a bit of time before claiming him to be tha automatic No.1 next year

It's not just me doing it, it's NBA scouts and the draft "experts" doing it too.

Look man, If you're doing someone a real service, as Curry did for LU, then you're going to enjoy it.

Curry brought a lot of national attention to the school.

And he's even going to get a lot of national attention in the future.

Do you guys understand that a certain someone or someones like to be cannon fodder because it gives them satisfaction in the fact that they are making life interesting for others. These people have HIGHLY trained personality skills to the point that everyone they want to like them likes them, and they have a deep confidence because of it. These people have a confidence level that belies behavior that causes people to think they are stupid, when in fact, they are the smartest in the room.
