It kinda felt like God was smiling down on the mountain today because after some real light rain early this morning it was totally gorgeous and not a threat of rain during the ceremony

I saw a rainbow driving in this morning as I was leaving Wyndhurst...got to Wal-Mart, some sprinkles, left, went to Candler's Station, and by the time I parked at TRBC it had stopped.

A rainy Monday morning, and we had to cover a call at 4:30 b/c Rustburg wasn't responding to it for something ridiculous

Pouring down rain, some lightning and thunder, and I'm enjoying the view of it from my Wyndhurst Townhouse, lol.

Tornado missed my school by 1/4 mile tonight during the school dance. Too much excitement for me... plus I was worried about handing out reps all night.

this is the craziest storm I've ever seen. There are gigantic bolts of lightning hitting the ground all around me every second at least. It's quite terrifying.

I am in Amherst and it hailed for 30 minutes straight. I have never seen that before in my time here. I thought my windshield was going to bust.

And tonight in baseball action, its the bottom of the 9th with bases loaded for the Hillcats, 1 out and 1-2 count, tied at 2 all after a run scored earlier. It starts raining, guy throws a wild pitch, runner on 3rd scores, and the Hillcats win right as the bottom drops out of the sky. There was lightning all around the stadium tonight, you could see it north over towards Amherst county, east towards Farmville (parents reported quarter-sized hail) and behind Liberty mountain.

I was playing softball in Pamplin (past Appo) and it was scary it was so intense. We played way to long with lightening striking all around us. I also saw the Autoworks place blow up. I took a pic from my phone.

That autoworks place is where my first car came from. And Pamplin isn't too far from my parents' place.

Insane storm tonight toward the Forest end of Lynchburg. We literally had lightning enter the building at work. It was unreal. And loud. And colorful.

Glad you're ok.

Tonight at the Hillcats got postponed after 4, score tied 0-0. Fortunately during rain delays people like to hide out in the bar :D

I couldn't tell, I was busy making sure the people got what they wanted. I've always wanted to go out there and slide on it just once, but have never had the chance :(

Three dudes did tarp slides last night. Ronnie was not amused. Nor was Darren. Someone might have ripped a hole in the tarp on a slide. It was entertaining, at least.

Players or fans? Yeah, holes in a tarp are not good for business
