thanks for referencing me srfr. If LU gets the sweep tonight we will be up a game and a half going down to Conway next weekend. we win that series we can pretty much bet we'll be off the first day of the tournament at the end of the month

LU up 4-0 top of the 4th thanks to a PJ Jimenez 3 run bomb as part of a 4 run second inning as LU chased the Winthrop starter

Looks like we may get our sweep. After Winthrop scored 2 in the top of the 7th to cut our lead to 4-2, we bounced back with 3 in the bottom of the inning. It's now 7-2 in the top of the 8th.

I may have spoken too soon. Winthrop put up 3 in the top of the 8th. Now 7-5, and I think we're getting pretty deep into our bullpen. Another insurance run or 2 here in the bottom of the 8th would be nice.

Curran Redal had a 32 game hit streak going into today's DH...they talked about it in the pregame on tge radio and he then goes out and puts up an 0-fer in the first game
