I was referring to the LU record for threes in a game by a player and actually the record for 3s in a game by a player against LU I think is also 8 (at least according to the media guide)

Ahhh- I'm not sure why the media guide had to be consulted, wasn't all that long ago that Sean Smith from UNCA put 8 3s on the Flames up there our last game to tie the record!!
