I watched the 11:00 news on WSET. THe dude on there referenced a NAM Computer model which had their computer predictions say 12-24" of snow was possible!

Now....he said it was only a computer, and not very likely at all, but it certainly got my attention. He then went on to predict 3-6"

This is ALMOST shaping up like March 13, 1993...with a similar system that started out with severe storms in the deep south, and then turned into the Super Storm blizzard. Here is the NWS Forecast:

Today: Snow, mainly after 4pm. High near 32. North wind between 7 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Tonight: Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Low around 25. North wind between 9 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible.

Monday: A chance of snow, mainly before 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. North wind between 15 and 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
