The last of our opening round matchups... which do you think is a better place to eat? The upscale-ish dessert and dining at Cheesecake Factory? Or the quick service subs at Subway?

So which do you think, overall, is a better place to eat?

Take into consideration:

Value
Taste
Atmohsphere
Service

and anything else that would make a place a more desirable eating destination.

Went with Subway for:

a) Convenience (a ton in Lynchburg)
b) Liberty discount
c) I don't like cheesecake
d) I've never eaten at Cheesecake Factory

Subway b/c I've never been to Cheesecake Factory. I've heard good things but haven't tried it yet.

This one is tough for me. Subway is good and cheap, but Cheesecake Factory is that much better. Although I rarely can go unless someone else is footing the bill.

Cheesecake Factory wins easily for me...if it was a bit cheaper, it would be higher up on my list. I don't care much for Subway and it's made me sick a handful of times.

Cheesecake factory is moderately priced and the food and service is outstanding. Subway is just gross. Worst excuse for a sub I have ever seen.

If you haven't been to CFact. do not vote. If subway wins this whole things is a joke.

Really? The whole restaurant bracketology contest can't be taken seriously? Maybe I shouldn't have put money on it then.

No refunds on your 20 dollar entry fee, RTF. You better hope that Rita's Water Ice makes that Cinderella run or you'll be out of luck.

Subway's got pretty good tuna. And their pizza is pretty good too. Everything else is kinda blah. But I've only been to the cheesecake factory once and it wasn't very memorable.

I hate cheesecake, but the Cheesecake Factory is one of the best places to eat. Been to the one in Short Pump & the one in Raleigh a few times. Food is outstanding.

how is this even fair to compare some where you're likely to eat at once a month compared to some where people can afford to eat at weekly?

It's not even close

i cried and agreed here.

cheesecake factory: good food, one entree for 2 people, or one entree for that meal and the next night's meal. the cheescake is out of this world, good service, etc.

subway: i can do that in 5 mins. at my house... and better... much better.
