It would absolutely be the most fun game we've had the chance to see. I mentioned earlier--a Curry/Curry game is a dream scenerio for ESPN. Dickie V could not shut-up about Steph during the Duke/Purdue game.

Outside of UNC, there is nothing that's going to draw more than Steph Curry right now.

i think the time was like 20-30 seconds left in the game when he said that.... yea, i was like dude the way our boys played today we dont want them right now!! if we play like we did today plus get wacked out calls like today ..... we might not beat clemson or for that much even hold them with in 20!!!! hopefully this game woke them up after the break they had from the last 4 games and got them ready to play some ball!!

Do you actually think we played poorly today? That was a pretty good team we beat. Just a couple of days ago they put a 20 point lickin on Radford at their place. We did not shoot well today; specifically Seth and Kyle did not shoot well. However, Kyle had 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Seth had 6 boards, 5 assists, a blocked shot and only one TO, and somehow we beat a team that is picked by most to finish ahead of us. It may not have been pretty, but I was impressed.

I dont care what anybody says about were we should finish in the conference!! We are SICK this year!! i think that to listen to those polls is dumb cause we've obviously proved ourselves!! this is my problem though with what you just said, yes those stats are right, but those are like are only ones that are nearly impressive. Our guys straight up didnt play their positions today! cool GWU beat RU i honestly think we should have trashed GWU today! like i said when we played our positions and played the ball we've been playing we rocked! and i applaud them for that! Good Job boys!! but there are so many bad stats we could also throw up.

I say all that to say, WE WON, WE'RE 6-1, now lets go take on CLEMSON. and be ready for it!!!

That may have been one of the dumbest things I've read on here in a while.

Our shooting was off today and we turned the ball over way more than we should've. I don't care what the official stat is, anyone who watched the game knows we turned the ball over.

With that being said, we didn't play absolutely terrible. We played like freshmen at a lot of times. Dumb mistakes that shouldn't happen. Luckily we had the fortitude to overcome it.

As for where we were picked to finish and us being absolutely "SICK" this year - uh, yeah, not so much. We've already saw how bad this team can be when it doesn't play well. Granted, I think it was an aberration, but we weren't SICK that night. We have the potential to be very good at times and not so good at other times. It's what playing with freshmen and no true big man does.

With all of this being said, if we can keep it within 20 and play respectable tomorrow I'll be happy. I'm not expecting a win or even a tight game. I think we can play competitive and respectable though. Clemson's much better than UVA and a lot more athletic. I think that game may be a lot like VT last year. We can keep it close in the first half but eventually their athletes will shine and they'll go up 12-18 points.

Agreed, we all have a tendency here to get too hyped about some success, particularly early success. The season is long and for the most part still in front of us .

We have done very well so far, just don't set yourself up for some disappointment by setting your expectations too high.

Yeah, watching Clemson during the Big 10/ACC challenge, I was very impressed with them. I'm just looking for our guys to perform, individually, well against Clemson. I don't want to see them going into a shell or something like our teams in the past do when playing money games.

This is going to be a big test for our guys. I'm in the majority and would chalk it up to a victory if we stay within 20 but I can't help see us handling their big men down low. We really could use McMasters and Baker, if anything, just to stretch Clemson out a bit.

Last year when PC played clemson i think we lost by about 15. however this year they are a better team and we lost by 20.. i think you guys are better than us(though we are playing pretty good ball right now.. though the teams we've beat are army, HPU, CCU and San Jose st.) i think yall will be able to keep the margin around 15-12pts. I don't see how Liberty can handle Clemson's interior game. Unless your perimeter shooting is crazy good, I'd say Clemson by 23. But even if you lose, your RPI gets better and your team gets better from the experience. Go get 'em.
