The news staff at The Courier-Times added a new member this week.
Martin D. Fisher, who grew up in California and northern Virginia, has joined the paper as a staff writer.
Fisher, 44, earned a B.S. degree in church administration and history from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. in 1988. He also received a master’s degree in religious education and counseling from Liberty University in 1991.
