I saw a crane up today, but it wasn't moving anything in place yet. I think it was just up in the air to tease us.

it looks like the board should be done for the game, since LCA was playing the lights were on at the stadium and that allowed the guys to continue working. the board looks goods its not gigantic but it does make things nicer for the baptist side and the home sideline.

on a side note the guys were also there continuing the work on railings for the sides of the stadium. i believe the railings were done on the home side for the last game but now they are finishing the student side.

Not until it's needed. There's no use making the stadium seat 20,000 and only bring in 14,000.

I've been thinking about this, where are those extra 6,000 people going to come from? Almost every student comes to the game. It looks like we get a lot of TRBCers and alumni on the other side. The only thing left is the rest of the Baptist churches in town. Everyone else despises us.

It may take finally filling every seat on the Baptist side before expansion takes place.

There are a ton of students who still don't come to the games. We get 2/3 of the students, but there's still 4000 out there. Add to that growing to 15,000 over the next five years (if that's still the plan) and that's 8000 students. If we get half of them, that puts us up to around 17-18,000 a game. When that happens, the kids that are going to games now will have graduated and hopefully we'll start drawing more and more alumni to games. Alumni coming back has increased every year, and I don't see that slowing down anytime soon.

The white box around the time makes it really hard to read in sunlight. Since all the games left are daytime that's bad.
