He batted under .250 for his first 24 games and His OBP was under .300 for his first 26 games - he has only played 28 games. I have to say that's a hell of a lot longer than a week right there. So yes his week long hot streak has grossly inflated his numbers, and the numbers prove it.

He's a good player, but his season long numbers dont tell me he's one of the three best OFs in the NL, plus he is terrible against righties and on the road, hitting only .241 and .255 respectively. Also, after the pitcher gets an 0-1 count against him (which ahs occurred in 57 at bats), he is hitting just .193.

I'd make him a reserve on the NL if he can keep producing at a quality rate once this hot streak ends. if he doesn't keep the average up, then to me he's just another adam dunn.

alfonso soriano was hurt until he went on the dl. throughout spring training he was hurt and that skip and hop crap he does finally sent his leg over the edge...

being a cub fan who isn't really a fan of soriano from a standpoint of what he offers as a cub, i def don't think he should be an allstar. hes a terrible outfielder and has too low a obp as a lead off hitter. i do enjoy him. would rather him play 2nd though.

Id probably put Ludwick on mine as well...he is hot right now. if I replaced anybody with him on my NL roster, probably Beltran. Braun would probably go on as well. McClouth is pretty solid this year as well as OF go. Im gonna change up my NL roster some because Ive seen some really good guys that I passed over before because I got caught up in the hype.
