We will probably lose to GMU and VCU, anyways. We aren't playing to win midweek anymore, just on weekends, that's all that matters now.

Its worth it to see some real baseball.

Baseball has two HUGE Big South series coming up...at CSU this coming weekend, and then hosting HPU the weekend after graduation. As packed as the standings are...with LU, VMI, CSU, WU, and HPU all standing at between 6 and 8 league losses, it is wide open for spots 2-3-4 and avoiding the play-in games (5 vs 8; 6 vs 7) to get into the 6 team conference tournament.

I might be wrong, but I was under the understanding that WINS were the only thing that determined your standing in the BIG SOUTH TOURNEY.

That sounds right...that conf. wins are the tie-breaker and not winning percentage. It encourages the teams to get all their games in.
