both healing daily, though .

The shoulder is an old/re-new problem as well.

I'm old and deteriorating rapidly.

* In all seriousness- I can't begin to thank you guys enough for the prayers and support. This school is not easy for me but I truly appreciate all your efforts on my behalf.

2 bad knees AND a bad shoulder? It seems I am going to have to up my prayers for you. I'll go ahead and pray that your healthy shoulder stays healthy. I've also added your name to the list of people that my 2 year-old daughter, Little Horrez, names in her prayers each night. She doesn't really understand who PAmedic is, but I told her that doesn't matter... God knows who she's talking about.

Tuesday went very well- only missed one question.

Range time has been going pretty well, too- no one inadvertently shot yet, anyway

another week, another test passed.

please continue to keep me and my family in mind- for several reasons:

1. testing schedule is becoming intense

2. have firearms qualifications, incl night fire exercises next week and did NOT have a good day on the range today.

3. we're quickly blasting thru what little funds we had in the savings and are pretty much going paycheck to paycheck- I'm obviously not working as much due to school, and the little that I AM working interferes w/ my ability to study as much as I'd like.

4. my BACK is KILLING me. Up to 1600-2000 mg Ibuprofin daily, which is not healthy to begin with- just to get through the day.

chiropractors do wonders for backs. i go see mine once a week to to keep me healthy and good to go.

might help yours out. also, insurance usually covers at least SOME chiro work.

Passed yet another test on Tuesday- practice qual on the range went very well, and I am feeling confident for the real qual tomorrow afternoon.

The back isn't much better, but held uppretty well today in Defensive Tactics, even when I did an hr or so in the RedMan suit as the bad guy.

I truly appreciate the support and prayers from all you guys- it DOES make a huge difference. Please keep me in mind as we near the halfway point (10 weeks next week)

end of another week and thanks for all your thoughts and prayers- I found out my test results from 2 or 3 weeks ago and was THRILLED to learn I'm ranked 1st on the list for my county. Basically, any department that wishes to may pull my name off this list. So far this week I've recieved two applications and am hoping for several more.

Continue to keep me in mind- I have 9 weeks to go in the academy and a difficult process of finding the RIGHT department to join- really would be great to be able to graduate the academy and start with a department immediately.
