Greetings ... and when you are referred to as an Old Hag consider it a term of endearment. At least that's how most of us take it.

We have a number of pastors on the board and a good number of us fit your age bracket including yours truly (although you have scoreboard on me as I only have three kids  ).

Once again, welcome to the board and feel comfortable to dive right into any of our discussions.

Did somebody just say cheesesteak at dinner time?

I may have to make a run to Texadelphia. You Philly guys really need to try ranch dressing on your next steak. You'll be instantly hooked.

Since Jamie has been AWOL lately we could use some more sportscasters on here.

Live in Delco, current job has office in Montco..
Worked in Atlantic City for awhile on stage at Bally's,
but I still commuted everyday from Delco to there. I only visit
New Jersey when absolutely necessary, or for the occasional
Atlantic City/Wildwoods/Sea Isle visit.

I don't like being as close to New Jersey as I already am. ;)

Hey, if you guys really went cheesesteaks that have been riding in my car
for 6 hours, it can be arranged. Not like Cheez Whiz has an expiration date or
anything... :)

I have tried ranch on a cheesesteak before, BTW. A very tasty addition. Up here,
some places are now serving fries, with ranch, cheddar, and bacon. The blood is clogging
in my arteries just thinking about it.

Welcome Dbeast...I am pretty sure we know each other...Anyway, I used to bring back cheesesteaks for friends when I was in college but they usually never made it back. I always seemed to make them disappear on the ride down. That was back when I had 6% body fat and could eat anything at any time. My how times change...You young guys just wait and see what I mean....Delco reminds me of my old playing days at Delco Christian. Back in the days when Medic and I used to do battle on the hardwood. Ok, I was on the hardwood, Medic was on the hard pine :P

I can attest to his fitness back in the day. Clearly that didn't stick for either of us as we pushed into middle age.

I think we have thoroughly welcomed Das Beast. Let's take the cheesesteak talk to the Courtyard.

Hi, all. God here. I've just recently registered but I've been observing this board for some time now. In fact, you might say I've been observing it from the beginning. I just want you all to know that even though some of you have displeased me, I still love you all. Just remember that you're very special to me. You stay classy, Planet Earth.

Go BoSox!

When Dad told me about this site I thought it was awesome. I cannot thank Him enough. It was such a great website that I had to tell the Holy Spirit about it, and he (speaking figuratively of course because the Holy Spirit is neither male nor female) has registered also. We look forward to interacting with youse guys. We have also read the endless Duke University vs University of North Carolina debate, and while we are not officially a fan of either team, we can in no way, shape, or form support any type of Devil. This also rules out Arizona State, Wake Forest University, Mississippi Valley State University, and the New Jersey Devils. We can, however, support the Tampa Bay Rays because they have been redeemed and have been loosed of the Devil.

I'm not going to lie that while I recognize this as an attempt at humor, I also feel this is treading on the 3rd commandment.
