Perhaps Harner's spread is a bit surprising, but he did face the #2 seed. I just hope he is able to make some noise in wrestle-backs.

Aaron Kelly loses to the #11 seed 7-6. Cornell got the 1 pt. riding time to win the match. Aaron had a great reversal and 2 nearfalls in the 2nd period!

yeah, always tough hitting a 2 seed. i think walker def has a better chance of beating his #2 seed.

although 8-0 isnt really that bad...

thats three takedowns and escape and then a point for riding time...

or, a takedown, two near fall in one period... then an escape and a takedown in the second, then a point for ride time after riding him out in the third... not a bad result against a kid that will probably be in the finals.

great job for porter, i think he gets the #1 seed next.

hopefully all of our guys can at least win one match. that would be amazing for the team score. hopefully walker can make a run and maybe finish top 8? that would be even better...

apparently he got caught with an underhook, taken straight to his back, and never got out of it! hopefully he will go far in the conso bracket.

Porter lost to the #1 seed 10-2...not too bad of a showing considering.

None of our guys have wrestled in consos yet....
