If you want to talk ASUN smack or ramble ad nauseum about your favorite pro or major college teams, this is the place to let it rip.

I usually tend to have a ton of upsets in my brackets, for fun. No one wants to see all 4 #1's.

My Final Four:

UNC
Wisconsin
Texas
Drake

and you guys would laugh at who I have winning it all, so I won't even say.

Drake

Memphis is playing really well so I would not be surprised if they made if to the final 4 but all 4 #1s in the final 4 has never happened.

you know how I know UCLA, Kansas, Texas and UNC won't happen?

It's the general consensus of what everybody thinks will happen.

I think Memphis is this years '04 St. Joes team. Nobody expects them to get to the final four.

Every year I fill out one bracket using nothing other than a quarter and the random chance or head or tails, the logic being that an inanimate hunk of metal has as much chance of getting it right as I do. This year's selector was a 1999 US 25-cent peice (Delaware Edition) and its Final Four was as follows:

Indiana, Georgetown, Austin Peay and West Virginia.

In the finals, Georgetown won the national title over West Virginia by the slimmest of margins ( the quarter actually landed on its side and spun around for a few seconds before falling heads up).

Even quarters know that the Big East is the best conference in the country.

Wow, all of the Longhorn love is bringing a tear to my eye. :clapping

Deke was going nuts in the lockerroom yesterday when he saw Gtown's bracket. He was explaining to Dream why the Hoyas were Final Four material. Like Dream needed anyone to explain what it takes considering his 3 trips there with Phi Slamma Jamma.

I tend to lean toward the squads with the best points every year in the tourney. And that's why I like the Horns so much more than normal this year. But in a year when there is so much parity atop the hoops landscape, I would be very surprised to see 3 1-Seeds in San Antonio.

BTW if anyone is headed to the Alamo City, let me know. I'd love an excuse to slide down I-10.

I was trying to NOT pick those 4, but that's the way it ended up.
