Yeah, we actually had one on Timberlake right by Heritage HS, (across from the exxon) then they closed it and it became another donut shop.

Interesting that they are bringing some back. Shame donuts aren't in my diet... (Maybe I can sprinkle some whey protein or whole grains on them...hmmm)

Interesting. Dunkin' Donuts was here in Lynchburg for years and years, just across the road from Heritage Elementary, but they left about 7 or 8 years ago I believe.

there was a thread about this not so long ago...or at least it was mentioned....I will be long gone by the time one comes to town...but good for lynchburg...it can without a doubt support one

Many, many years ago there was one between TRBC and Pittman Plaza. Drove by there the other day and can't remember what is there now. It was about a half mile back from Burger King on the same side of the street as I recall. 8)

The former Dunkin Donuts building on Memorial Ave now houses the offices of Liberty Tax Service.

We usually stay in Downtown Philly when I visit family and the last time I was home I couldn't believe how many DD's there were. I counted 17 from my hotel to my brother's house in the suburbs. I purposely drove up broadstreet to count them rather than taking the expressway. It was incredible. I am a KK man myself (not Kyle Kallander  ). My assignment right now is with Anthem in Richmond and our building is right accross the street from a Krispy Kreme! I smell it every morning when I get to work. Getting Dunkin in Lynchburg again is huge.

My dad works in downtown Hartford and he said outside his building there are 4 on the same block. And each of them has a line out into the street every morning. I don't see how one failed here.

like I said in the other thread about DD...they have completely changed everything. One will do GREAT here (depending on the location). If its remotely close to LU then it's over...they are counting money in the bank.

I think Lynchburg has changed fairly dramatically since the last one closed down. DD has changed as well...their bagels and coffee are almost as popular than the doughnuts now. It's good stuff.
