Was anybody getting as irate as me with the no calls in the 2nd half? VMI switched to their press when they were down big and were just constantly raking the arms of the ball handler in the back court. They did this for like the last 12 minutes of the game and I think they called it like twice at the most.

HMO, were you sitting near JE last night? Because I could have sworn I heard you talking to the refs over the radio! The crowd sounded great on the radio, but the VMI crowd sounded big and loud too. Were there a lot of them there last night? Or were they just closer to the broadcasters?

HA...yeah i've been told that before...I was sitting on the first row for 2/3 of the game until the LUantics shined the bat symbol in the sky

As far as the second half goes...I didnt mind when there was only 10 total fouls on both teams...they are letting them play....my problem is when the bald guy calls stupid fouls b/c we touched their elbow mean while everything else flies

I saw the 11PM Sportscenter and they had Teejay's over the shoulder pass to Alex for the transition dunk at #7.

Just saw it! It was AWESOME! The showed 2 looks (1 was mine yay me) with Ray and Scar announcing track. Ray says "that's gonna be on sportscenter" and the anchor remarked that announcers know how to get on sportscenter.

Man, I don't think anybody realizes what a treat it's been to have TeeJay here this year. We're treated to one (what should be) top 10 play per game it seems like. I don't know that we'll ever have anybody else that plays with his kind of flash.

Agreed, with him on the floor and without him our team is completly different in every way. In this day and age we as fans see a lot of college basketball highlights and we overlook some things, but that guy is just special....no other way to say it.

Brian Woodson was better scorer and just as flashy. Not as good an assist man though.

Unfortunately, it isn't available in the on-line version, but the photo in the Lynchburg fishwrap of BJ and Anthony celebrating last night's win, with Smitty carrying him "piggy-back" and BJ with a smile a mile wide is priceless. I'll try to shoot and post it when I get home from work.

Did it surprise anyone else that VMI looked more gassed than LU in that fast pace game???? That's what VMI is known for (not as much this year) but still, I couldnt believe it.

Didn't surprise me at all. I was telling folks at press row that VMI was going to run out of gas before Liberty. They are just not deep. Last year Duggar could count on 10-12 guys to play. This year they couldn't play that style for 40 minutes because of the lack of depth.
