It is 2008. I think my first scantron test I ever took was probably in 1989 or 1990 and who knows how long ago it was invented. I knew the results the next day. I took a test on a computer for the first time in 1995. I instantaniously knew my grade. Why are we so retarded that an election is still done by punching a hole into a card and somebody hand counting for a week so they give up and figure they've counted enough?

The people making the decisions on how to vote are probably old and resistant to change, lazy, and stupid.
