where were you?

I was on the way to Powhatan, VA (near Richmond) for a indoor drumline competition. I got to hear the game riding up until we lost radio signal and then the guy I was riding with got updates on his phone. I used to have a copy of the game on video that my mom made for me but unfortunately it got lost when we moved and the quality was pretty bad for most of the first half

Yeah...but just hearing how soundly we pounded them just made my day (btw we won our division at the competition). Like I said before, I am hauling shell from the station over to the Vines Center after I get done with my show

haha...I set myself up for that one...I just mean Im gonna run from the station to the Vines Center so I dont miss too much (I figure if I hurry I can get there in time for the opening tip)

I still to this day wish I was in the Vines Center for that one smoothie...8500+ LU fans absolutely blowing the roof off the Vines Center and our boys basically running HPU out of the gym. We may not have that many for the game on Saturday but here's hoping we have a HUGE crowd.

In more related news, its good to be able to take care of business at home. After what happened last year, and hearing how Coastal did to another team (only at Coastal) the same thing they did to us last year, I wanted to see us leave absolutely no doubt about the outcome. Now to get ready for the Panthers coming to town. LU has won the last 5 regular season meetings inside the Vines Center.
