Liberty University Chancellor Jerry Fallwell Jr. is scheduled to appear on CNN's Wolf Blitzer tonight. The show airs at 8pm and Jerry Jr. should be on around 8:20.

If you haven't already guessed, they'll be discussing his endorsement of Mike Huckabee.

Tune in if you can. This will be one of the Jr.'s first major television appearances, I believe.

I don't know if anyone else watched, but I thought he did a great job. I was a little nervous for him given his own nervousness with public speaking, but he seems to handle interviews much better than speeches from a script. I didn't necessarily agree with him completely, but still, a great job.

I didn't see it. I looked on CNN.com to see if they have the video up but I couldn't find it. Please let me know if anyone sees it on youtube etc.

Didn't catch the program, but that's cool. I don't know if he's still there, but one of our own LU alumni was doing graphics on Wolf's show a while back (1-2 years ago).

The thing that I thought was great was that, just like his dad, before he shared anything about what he thought, he stuck a plug for LU in there. Free promo time on CNN. Looks like Sr. and Jr. both have it mastered.

Blitzer asked Jerry that if it came down to voting for Giuliani, would he pull the lever for him. Jerry said that it would "be a tough call", but if it was between him and a liberal Democrat, he would. I wouldn't, and that's the only disagreement I had with him. I understand lots of people could and would, and that's just dandy for them.

So just to be clear, your saying youd vote for neither and go for a third party right?

That depends on what third party options were available to me.

Guiliani's commitment to pick strict constuctionist judges is enough for me to pull the level if it was between him and the Ds. If you can believe him is another question but we are guaranteed to get some wacko judges if the Ds are picking.
