Which college basketball program (MEN'S programs only) has been the best of the past 20 years (Thats 1987-2007). Take into account their entire resume. This isn't a "Was the '07 FLorida team the best?" it's a "was the 87-07 Florida team best?"

1) You can subtract a maximum of 2 total points each day and add a amaximum of 2 total points each day. You can subtract or add one point each for two schools, or subtract and add 2 points for a school.
2) You can not add any teams whatsoever, and that includes Liberty
3) Please try to not be biased, don't just vote Duke down or any other school on this list that you may hate just because you hate them. and vice versa if your favorite team is on the list.
NEW RULE: NO EXCESSIVE ARGUING!!!
You can argue why you gave or took points from a certain team, but please refrain from any other arguing. Let the voting talk!!!!!!

There are no reasons LSU and Louisville should be on the list. They haven't made a Final Four in the past 20 years.

In the same right, Georgetown and Texas shouldn't be on there because they have one Final Four each in the past 20 years.

We (me and Schfourteenteen) went in and sorted things out by National Championship (4 points), Runner-ups (2), and Final Four appearances (1). By using that system, here's the best teams of the past 20 years:

Carolina
Florida
Kentucky
Kansas
UConn
Arizona
Michigan
Indiana
Syracuse
UCLA
Arkansas
Michigan St
UNLV

I don't agree. The whole premise was the best program, taking the whole resume into consideration. Arizona for years was a great program but didn't go anywhere in the tournament. Ditto for several other programs. Yes, championships should be weighed heavily, but that's not the total measure of a good program.
