i would of had doubted the allegations had his best friend basically admit to everything....sorry, he got them from your guy...guilty in my mind...

Yes...he did it...it's really not that big of a deal...at his age he needs the help...and to be honest he was able to pitch the last few years of his career b/c of them...Yeah, he did HGH prob with a mix of Test and Winny...thats a common mix...seriously, these guys had to

If Roger didn't do anything then he wouldn't have had his lawyer come out with a statement. Once the lawyer is the first to make a statement on your behalf you are likely guilty.

he almost has to sue now regardless of guilt or innocence...if his lawyer makes those comments and then nothing happens its pretty much an admission of guilt in my eyes...

I would agree with that, you can have a "witness" document all these accounts have no paper or money trail supposedly and not sue. I think if he wins that could though give a black eye to a very weak report anyway.
