florida allowed too many pts to bad teams...techs offense is not the greatest but they can score...their defense allowed 12 pts a game all season with one of the hardest schedules in the nation....

you are soley using the lsu games as your arguing point?....one of the few games the hokies didn't show up for early in the season... look at the entire breadth of work..

florida gives up too many points and v techs defense is one of the best if not thee best in the nation...a defense that is good enough to key in on tebow. tebow is really all theyv'e got...percy isn't all that great and caldwell, murphy and ingram are ZZZZzzZZZZZzz

great defense is often overlooked in college football.....but in the end defense is what usually wins....and vtech has the defense and special teams play to beat florida....because florida wouldn't score more than 24 pts against the hokies (only one team has this season....lsu)....and given the fact that florida's Defense is giving up 24 pts a game? to the likes of troy, kentucky, south carolina, and mississippi? i like the hokies chances....

I'm not even going there. This whole thread was started to see who would win in this hypothetical situation and the winner is decided by whichever team gets the majority of the votes. Right now Florida is leading and by a comfortable margin. Those are the only facts that matter in this case.

I actually would think that in a real game Tech would win. Yes Tech got rolled by LSU, and yes they basically handed the game to Boston College (who they rolled in their rematch). I actually experimented with WhatIf on this one (unofficially), and Tech basically ran the Gators right out of Blacksburg. Here's hoping a few more VT fans will jump on because right now the Hokies are down in the vote 12-7

I used LSU, because it is the only team they both played, and they were both at LSU (that would make the most sense, but I forgot I am talking to Vtech homers)

Florida would run all over Vtech's defense......
