Get a copy of a game or watch any of SJ's youtubes . . . . that's a temporary high. . . . . at least for me but then, I get to see their faces when they first see what the "ring" is going to look like

I do miss our guys playing, in the midst of all this other football drama. Especially alert to those programs who feel slighted when it comes to selection to post season opportunities.

Had an opportunity to talk with one of the coaches from Youngstown State who came to visit our high school today. He was very impressed with the improvements made at LU and realized that this was going to be a completely different scenario than in 2005. Still tells me they (YSU coaching staff) could kick themselves for letting a couple of guys escape out of their own back yard.

However, I know in my heart that they are in the best place.

I love Brock's smile, I love that someone wrote that, I think Miss Brock is pretty cute herself. I could not be happier that he has such a sweet and supportive girlfriend..
I cannot wait until next year, he was home 2 weekends ago and spent a lot of time with me, I love you Liberty people, I am honored that he is part of this group. I really see him becoming a great adult, and can only imagine how much his confidence will increase for football next year. I told him that I was so proud that when things seemed hard at the beginning of the year he hung in and did what it took. I know we had long long talks during the season, and so many times he told me the fans and his team were his inspiration, so you guys really are doing something right. I miss football friends...

That is one thing I give Brock credit for, his smile. No really I give him a lot of credit for remaining poised. When I was on the sidelines the 1st 2 games I remember looking at his demeanor and seeing how confident he seemed. Not arrogant mind you but confident. Even when the offense was struggling against division II competition he didn't seem rattled. I remember telling a friend that back then. To his credit he got the team turned around and I can't wait to see what he has for next season...Oh and Miss Brock is a lovey young lady. Got to meet her when me and SJ were at dinner.

You know I would just feel so heartbroken for the heat he was taking at the beginning, but so many of you guys just stayed in his corner. Scar you were always one of them. He would tell me it is my team and I am responsible for how we do, and he took the poor play directly on his shoulders, so when he helped turn things around I was so proud. Miss Brock is my sweetheart...She is so good to my boy, and he deserves that, he has had a tough rode and I am so happy for his sucesses.
PA Medic Brock was telling me that he felt Ryan G. was good enough to play pro, he really thinks so much of him, and when he always tells me he really really likes Spencer Landis, it is so nice to hear that the 2 QB's can be so supportive of one another.
He also told me that Rashad and Zach are such good buddies, and so funny on campus, can make you laugh all the time.

I am in withdrawal I want football back on Saturdays.
