As I Big 10 fan, having grown up in Big 10 country, I must say that the conference is an absolute JOKE at this point. There is NO dominate team, no team that deserves national attention, even IU only gets noticed bc of EG. What happened to the "Flyin Illini" Dr Tom's Iowa Press, Purdue, The Fab Five, Dennis Hopson and Brad Sellers at OSU, Wisconsin, The Gritty Gutty Scott Skiles at MSU, Rickie Birdsong going Postal at N'western, Haskins at Minnesota????? This conference is in the CRAPPER!!! And don't EVEN get me started on the football side of things. I agree that this ACC/Big 10 challenge has turned more into the ACC INVITATIONAL!!! What I would like to see is the Big 10/MAC Challenge, b/c that would be pretty good hoops!!
