In a great first day of our tourney, both the 1 and 2 seeded teams get knocked out (Rudolph and White Christmas) proving that this tourney is wide open. As the first round comes to a close let's take a look ahead to the 2nd round matchups.

First, it will be the 4 seed O Holy Night taking on the 12 seed Last Christmas. O Holy Night looks to stay on their hot streak after the most convincing win of the first round. They take on Last Christmas who got the upset over Happy Christmas last round. Our Dear Saviors Birth had a spectacular first game, and he looks to keep up his hot touch. It will be interest to see what Last Christmas' defensive strategy will be against him.

Next we have the 3-6 matchup. #3 Jingle Bell Rock will look to try to hold off Have yourself a merry Christmas after both of these songs coasted to pretty easy wins in the first round. This should be the best matchup of the day.

Now we look to the 7 seed Winter Wonderland taking on the 15 seed O Come All Ye Faithful. Winter Wonderland will try to hold off Faithful after their big upset of White Christmas in the first round. However, as I type this White Christmas has scored 2 quick points to make it 15-14. Don't count them out yet.

In our final matchup we see 8 seed The Little Drummer Boy facing Cinderalla 16 seed Rockin' around the Christmas Tree. Rockin' looks to prove they are no cinderella but belong year after knocking out favorite Rudolph. LDB is coming off the closes win of the first round after narrowly squeaking by Santa Clause is coming to town.
