Heard it in a Middle School game. Go figure.
Also had a lady tell me i should be a Pimp b/c i had F-d them all nite. How can you NOT laugh at that.
Another parent told me it couldn't be a fould b/c he beats her boy harder then that at home.
Others:
"Hey ref, nice "butt", you must work out"
"Call it both ways ref, we know you already swing that way"
"Ref, you can't do that" ME: "Yes I can, I just did"
"He took more steps then an AA meeting REF!"
"That polyester looks like it chaffs"
"Why don't you blow that whislte out of your "butt" oh wait you just did"
One group sang Ebony and ivory after every call. Take a minute, think about it. i couldn't stop laughing.

What's sad is that we're actually having this discussion. I hate living in a bubble where "shutup" has officially become a word that makes people challenge your faith. It's athletics for crying out loud.

I gave up after the "You Suck" sign got banned at the VMI game last year.

That is exactly what I was thinking. The fact that our students have to put up with this insanity in the MIDDLE OF A SPORTING EVENT is absolutely ridiculous. Beyond belief, actually.

how to kill student enthusiasm: steps 1, 2 and 3. Faced with this type bullying- most will eventually decide to stay home.
Really- now that I think about it- PATHETIC. JUST SAD.

Let's cancel all athletic events and schedule a mass kum-bay-ah session. Nothing offensive during those, at least. Quiet, and peaceful- just the way we like it here at Bible Camp.

I have never seen the fans more into a football game than last week at the Coastal game. Liberty fans are the best in the country in my opinion. You can never please everyone and to discourage fan participation is an invitation to an empty stadium or arena. Cheer, shout, support your team, but do it cleanly...remember if you are a Christian...you should be Christ like. PS...in my opinion, telling someone to shut up shouldn't rattle anyone's cage, but I cringe at the word "suck" because people of my generation know what that implies and I would prefer that word never be used in public again. I know I'm late to this party, but from what I've seen, if you are a student, and you are one of the louder ones at a game, it doesn't matter what you end up saying, it will make someone upset...other people could be saying the same thing, but if you are the loudest, you'll be the one that gets bothered about it. It just comes with the territory of attending college events (especially where the student sections are near non-student sections).

Thank you. this is very true. hence the fact that SJ got yelled at. he's the most vocal and loudest. therefore her gets ragged on. i think part of it has to do with whats being said but like you said its more about who is loudest and more annoying.
