Vince is 20 pounds heavier and more than half a foot taller than the Chants' running back, who will likely get his bell rung more often than the muscle man hammer game at the county fair.

Since when did being taller become an asset to LBs? See Mike Singletary

Yea, I'm sure he will get his bell rung, the likes that jmu, ga south, furman etc couldn't do. b/c ur liberty.

Doyle, Vince used to start for UVa, so he played against teams like Miami and FSU. If he can handle them, I think he will do okay against the Chants.

We're not going to go through that all over again. Suffice it to say that Vince had some issues that thankfully he has apparently worked out. He will likely be invited to the combine and be drafted.

because he got into some trouble and was dismissed from UVA. coach rocco actually recruited vince when he was on staff at UVA and put his credibility on the line so he could come to LU. he has been a model citizen.

Vince's family is awesome, too. The kid has people looking out for him, that's for sure.

I had no idea why he came there. I wasn't asking as smack, but what the hell did the kid do at uva?

He can be taller and bigger then Bowling Ball, but every player on savannah state is bigger then our players...

Honestly, I cannot say with confidence that we could stop a passing attack from you guys.

I can say with confidence you won't run on us.

You may get 100 yards, but it won't be a successful outing.

We have some amazing linebackers, a D-Line that has been getting to much better, and amazing run stopping safeties, and our corners have been tackling really well lately on run support. I am just basing this on what I see, and I don't see you guys running on us. The only player to run well on us was FBS-level Senior Jalen Parmele, against one of the bigger lines we may ever play in Toledo.

That's funny, considering that Jennings did against the DI-A Toledo defense. And if Terrell is back and reasonably healthy, look for another 200-250 yard rushing attack from those 2 combined.

Seemed to help with the pick he had last week.

He also plays DE, sometimes. With height comes longer arms. Longer arms mean you can reach the QB sooner. :fbplayer

Are you kidding me? Have you seen Will pass? If I didn't know better I would assume he is color blind. I am anxious to see how Tolbert does against you guys - him and O'Neal if he is healthy.

If yuo bring your safeties up to stop the run and leave 'rome in single coverage, first your d-coordinator needs to be fired, and secondly, it will be a long game of jump balls that 'rome at 6'2" and a 44" verticle will win most of the time.

You will not have a problem getting to Will. He doesn't know how to move in the pocket.

Our linebackers scoff at this statement.

They don't need to be in the box to affect the running game. They are the last line of defense, and do a good job with it.

And jump balls are a good idea on our DB's not named Hicks (who is as tall and athletic)

And if Tolbert runs on us, than he will earn every yard. And earn my respect.

I say 300 easy. Rashad will be unstopable. Even our Linebackers would struggle stopping him.
