HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – Liberty swept the 2007 New Balance Big South Cross Country Championships presented by UCS at Jackson Park in Hendersonville, N.C. on Saturday morning. Coastal Carolina’s Diana Jepchirchir took the top spot in the women’s 5K to pick up Runner of the Year honors. The Flames’ Josh McDougal picked up his fourth-straight League Championship and became one of just 10 NCAA runners to win four-straight Conference championships. Indeed...Josh Mcdougal wins...again, LU wins both team titles...again, and ho hum Brant Tolsma adds to his already legendary status with two more coach of the year awards

(I am not downplaying the achievement mind you, just playing off Sly's comment about another day at the office)

Congrats are definitely in order. Is there a hall of fame for Cross country and/or track? Coach Tolsma definitely ought to be considered
