Starting a new season- with hopes for marked improvment in the program after we has to realistically be considered a disappointing season last year.

August 13, 2007
Charlottesville, Va.

Liberty golfer Nathan Schenz-Davis won the 2007 Boar’s Head Jefferson Cup at the Birdwood Golf Club in Charlottesville over the weekend.

This bodes well, too:
Jacob Singleton's loaded golf resume reads something like this: Two trips to the SunTrust State Open of Virginia, and one made cut. Three top 10 finishes in the Group A state tournament as a William Campbell student. A top five at this year's VSGA Junior Amateur.

as of today, both their roster and coaching staff pages on the official site are blank- I'd be interested to see who is returning and who the new athletes are.

hope the SID gets those updated before the season starts, anyway.

best of luck to the guys this year- be nice to see a ladies' team as well.
