Yes, the Flames are still on the three and out roll. They were very business like in beating ETSU in 3 games. 30-24, 30-?, 30-24. They looked very good..................It was definately worth the $5.99 to see the Flames stop a 14 game home winning streak for the Bucs.
This means that Liberty has not lost a single game since Game 4 of the Winthrop match. that is 15 games in a row over 5 matches. Id have to check and see how long their longest games won streak is though but this has to be up there
Liberty Class of 2009
2007 AND 2008 Big South Football Champions
2014 FCS Playoff Qualifier
I hope nobody gets used to seeing a team roll like LU is right now but this just doesnt happen that often...even with WU's streak I doubt they've had to many 5 game sweeps...I actually wanna check that b/c that will be interesting
EDIT: WU has not swept 2 teams in a row this year...I did not check previous years
This wasnt a roll over team...they were tied for 2nd place in the Atlantic Sun and to do that in their house? Wow

well let's see...Nicki celebrates another Freshman of the Week with her 12th straight match with double digit kills, Liberty notches its 11th straight with 50 total team kills or more, and the 5th straight 3 game sweep.

wow!!!!!! after last years debacle against ETSU where we had them down 2-0 at Home and lost in 5 we have definitely come a long way since then. And we return the favor against them on their home floor.

We just rolled into home from Tennessee (2:00 AM). It was worth the drive. This match had to be the most fun to watch of the season. ETSU had the quickest defense we have seen this year, but our ladies were on fire. ETSU had fire trucks in front of the gym with a banner that said to "Put out the Flames." We told the firemen to get their water ready, because we were going to burn the house down (all in good fun). After the match, Chelaine's dad said they didn't bring a big enough truck.
The gym was about the size of a big high school gym, and it got loud in there. The first game was nip and tuck for awhile, but then we opened it up and they never caught up. They led the second game for much of the time, but our ladies kicked it in gear and won 30-27. We owned the net in game three. They just couldn't get hits through our blocks. On one rally, we put the ball right back at them at least 6 times. We had a wall at the front that was darn near impenetrable. Hats off to the Flames! And thanks to God for blessing these ladies with great talent and desire.

Thats a great description for those of us that were not there...it's one thing to win like we have been at home...but to go on the road and into that type of environment and dominate is unreal...that's great that they didnt get intimidated seeing what they saw
