There used to be fall break my freshmen year ('01), but that was the last year they had it. It was a much needed break, without it the first semester used to feel like it was never ending.

But back then, you only had W-F for Thanksgiving. I think the fall break was initially canned when they started giving us a week for Thanksgiving. The bad thing is that the classes that meet on THURSDAYS ONLY are getting hosed this semester....we lose a week this week, and then the "Reading Day" before exams start is on a Thursday, as well.

I am an old time Liberty Grad - from way back in '88. I have been a FlamesFans reader for a while - and just ran across this thread this morning.
