Home Schooling, Public Education and Christian Schools are three different topics. I think all three are viable options. I am just pointing out that IMO that HS is probably the least advantages, especially after elementary school. In fact, I would probably argue TO HS your kids till then b/c they will probably have a better grasp of the "3r's" than most kids.
I DO have tons of HS experience, and I can only tell you what I have seen, and you can only tell me what you have. However, as someone who is a product of a Christian education, married to a product of public education and have a sister who started out homeschooling, and had SEVERAL other reasons to interact with all groups, I still hold my opinion. PG4C you do seem well rounded I have only pointed out the large pit falls in a HS education. They type of "abuse' you are receiving at work is something alot of HS kids can not handle. They either freak out and go completely Elijah on them, or they dive in with both feet and stray FAR from the path. I am just a HUGE fan of exposing ones self to all sorts of lifestyles so that you can sharpen your own believes.
THe BOTTOM LINE in all of this is it is a PARENTS responsibilty. Be it any of these types of education, if the parent is not involved then you are just playing a game of craps with your kid.
