Looks like Maryland is really tall along the front. 6'3" RS, 6'6" MB. Their number one outside hitter is a senior who is 5'10" and is preseason All-ACC pick. They are picked to finish 9th in the ACC this year. The big girl in the middle is coming off back surgery last year. Don't know if that will slow her down or not. Looks like we'll have to be smart and look for ways to hit around the blocks. I think it will next to impossible to hit over them. One possible downfall for their size is that they may be slow. Mayble that's why they are picked 9th.
I'm going to do a scouting report later (complete with pics). I do not have LU winning this one though, but we will see. 9th in the ACC is probably still well above the Big South level.
