So I was at Lakewood Sunday morning and Israel Houghton had the old Summit/Compaq Center shaking when it occurred to me that this might make an interesting topic.
Who are your favorite praise & worship leaders?
I know this is highly subjective and some of the old hags might drop a Don Norman or Robbie Hiner reference on us. I also realize this genre is not most folks first choice for listening pleasure. What I am getting at is whose music stirs your spirit and gets you ready to receive a message?
I suspect the Passion guys here in Texas (Chris Tomlin, Todd Agnew, David Crowder Band et al) have some broad appeal. The guys in Salvador used to lead praise & worship at my church in Austin before they became Salvador. And personally I am big Lincoln Brewster fan in this genre.
What do you think?
