That drawing makes no sense! I know for vertically deficient EMTs this may be good but riddle me this: how can you run on the base line and why do the courts over lap negating the ability for both teams to use their allotted courts. C'mon. You're better than this!

Why not just have 3 regular courts and call 1/2 of 1 the MBB side and the other side the WBB side

Is their a new locker room, team rooms, etc? New offices??

It reminds me a little of UVA's practice facility in the JPJ. I'm not sure who they consulted with though. There are several offices sketched out that have a walk out balcony on either side of the building so coaches can look down on the floor. Not sure about the locker rooms but there seems to be space for it if needed.

yes to offices, meeting rooms, and I believe phase 3 includes moving the locker rooms over but I can't find it.

The first phase of basketball practice facility construction, anticipated for a November completion date, will feature one and a half practice courts and eight goals for each team. Office space and meeting space will then be added above the courts.

mentions specifically "new weight rooms, new training room, new locker rooms, new team rooms" in the next phase.

this pic from @LUADjeff makes it look like the half courts in the center of the facility ARE divided. I may have to update my rendering as a result.

I fixed it. Realized the same thing, also- I wasn't happy with the key so I re-did that.

I assume padding on the walls would follow. Either that or we're going with that big primer belly stripe around the whole facility.

Also, possible stupid question, but are the full courts 94'? They just don't look it from the pics, but pics can be deceiving
