I can't compare, I've never been in the Vines Center. I've been in Winthrop Coliseum and the Mills Center. Kimmel blows both of them away IMHO, but our SID told me last night that they didn't build a media room into it, and they are having to take a large storage area and turn it into one for the tournament games. Oops.

So the entire tournament is in ashville? I read somewhere on here that the chamionship will be held at highest remaining seed. True/False?

True. First two rounds in Asheville. You could have the final in the small confines at CCU or CSU if Asheville loses.

Unless CSU can find another venue in Charleston, the Bucs can't host. ESPN can't get its cameras into the Buc Dome.

So ESPN can get their cameras into a high school gym, but not the CSU SuperBucDome?

yep, and we take the short one hour drive over to Rock Hill to play Winthrop....LU loses tonight, we head up your way Monday.

UNCA 58-46 with 4:55 remaining. It's looking like the scenario is playing out for use to get the 5 seed if we pull off another win tonight.

Remarkable turnaround. I'm not sure anyone has ever lost the 1st 6 Big South Conference games and finished in the top 5! What a season. I'm not working on Monday night and the Flames aren't playing so I will be in Lexington for the 7-10 matchup then heading down to Asheville for the Quarters and Semi's. The only downer is that now Liberty will have to Play Asheville on their home court in the Semi Finals if they are able to defeat the Bucs of Chuck South.

Actually, we did have a 39-36 lead at UNCA with 13 minutes left Thursday, and Barbour can explode for points when he is on. Maybe the winner Monday can at least make UNCA work for the win Wednesday.

But if Asheville loses to an 8/9 on their home court it would be a Big South 1st I believe. I may have to look that one up. You guys have your hands full with HPU though 94.
