I would say the song selection was a bit of overkill for your first and only D1 win. It might not be fair to say they "bowed down" to VMI Thursday................but they did lose by 34. I'm sure there will be a lot fewer empty seats tonight.

I'll be watching you and Ray call the game live on the Liberty Channel (Comcast). I had pretty much decided to go, but when I realized I could still see it live and not have to miss seeing my Steelers beat Baltimore, I decided to make a lazy day of it.

I really want to go to at least 1 away game this year. I haven't been to VMI in ages (for BB). I could do the Beach trip again, but I'm seriously thinking about Winthrop/Presby. Presby is the only gym in the BSC I haven't been to. Either way I'd have to take off half a day Thursday plus Friday. Not too bad.

I love the cuts in that clip. We see a Radford steal transition into a 2 on 1 fast break and then it cuts away before we see what happened. In other words they missed an easy basket.

Hey all,

As much as I hate to admit it, RU is as bad a team as their record indicates, and LU should take this one easily. They are the 6th youngest team in all of D-1 and they are playing like it. No chemistry on this team at all...kind of reminds me of how my beloved Caps are playing, but I digress.

They are individually very talented and will be a force as they mature, that is if Coach Greenberg can keep the team together. One of the freshmen is 7'1" Martins Abele from Oak Hill. He will be a stud once he developes. I have seen marked improvement this year alone. My worries are that players may be transferring if things don't get turned around. Losing like this can be a cancer, and RU hasn't seen this since the Byron Samuels' days...UGHHH!!! No excuse for us having to rebuild like this...from scratch. As much as I like Brad, I have to blame him for the state of the program.

Anyways, the students will be back (they were on break--the reason for the empty seats in the video) and it should be pretty electric in the Dedmon. In any event, Liberty should take this pretty easily.

Just do this RU Alum a big favor and beat the **** out of Winthorp.

Radford looks as bad as we expected. I'd love to see us put this one way by midway through the first half. Unless RU makes some great adjustments this will get ugly in a hurry.
