We sure do. It was a disappointing loss, but we can only blame it on the Pam's No-Stick Spray we must have greased our hands with before the game. If we didn't had 20-something turnovers, CCU wouldn't have had 20 more shots than we did (I haven't checked the specific stats regarding shot disparity), and this game would have been completely different.

Coastal has a great program, and I'll congratulate them on the W, and the win streak. LU has a great program, too, and if we can address the turnover problem, we will give CCU a run for their money in the conference tourney. Right now, we need to focus on taking care of business the rest of the way, and lock up the #2 seed. Hopefully, we can rebound Saturday night against Chuck South.

Correct. Now we must move on to Chuck South. They are 7-5, a loss down there really hurts us. UNCA is 7-5 too but we have the tiebreaker against them.

I dont think we have been able to put together 40 complete minutes...either we start fast and dont end well, or we start slow and turn it on late...if we can put together a complete basketball game we can make some real magic happen not only in this last stretch...but in the postseason

Coastal goes to Winthrop, and plays UNCA at home. They do play CSU on the road at the very end. But then some pushover games against VMI, Presby, and Gardner Webb.

One thing worth noting is CCU killed UNCA. Coastal's closest flirtation with a loss was at their own place vs. Chuck South where they won by 2.

Gardner Webb took them to OT the first time they played. There is a lot more basketball to play. We need to take care of business at CSU. They are 5-0 at home in the league, but they were tough at home last year and we beat them after CCU had just blown us out by 22.

The refs make horrific calls both ways, Matt says it and says that you guys got a lot more calls basically (which I happen to agree with), and he should be fired? That's pretty dang funny. And correct me if I'm wrong 01lugrad, but saying it was a blatant foul on the 3? You're talking about the 3 that was a 2 at the end of the game? You are kidding right?
