You don't have to be a great recruiter just a good one if you have a system. Those are the coaches who change the nature of the game. But if you are a poor recruiter and a great strategist, then you are in for long seasons

Football coaching change,clearing house, just look at GW and tell me it did not have much of an effect.

Dickerson started lying in his opening presser and never stopped. We have a legit good man in McCray that will rebuild relationships with football alumni and bring a GW enthusiasm to the program, whether that will translate into wins remains to be seen. He is putting together a nice staff.

Holtmann on the other hand has been the solid hire. When Scruggs was finally let go three years ago, the hoops program was in total shambles, to be where we are now in such a short period of time is quite impressive. I just hope we can hold onto him for a few more years.
