agreed with Lang. i have been to plenty of South Carolina games and i just do not think 2001 is all that impressive. we definitely need something else. what that is i do not know.

I think that could be the start of a great tradition here, WE WANT A BELL!

Stop by the alumni tailgate on Saturday we have about 500 of them for you :)

Come on, guys. We can do this. What makes a great college tradition is a song that is well known and easily recognizable, yet still unique. Think of what goes through every Wisconsin fan's mind every time they hear the first note in "Jump Around" or what happens to a VT fan when the first chord of "Enter Sandman." There is no reason the collective brains and creativity on this board can't come up with something that will do the same thing to Liberty fans for years to come.

By the way, our first down chant is really impressive. I love hearing fans from opposing teams look at each other and say something along the lines of "That was money!"

Just for fun...

Opps, that was the first order. 5,000 was the second order. Needless to say we have plenty to give to the alumni so they better come out and party with us.

According to an email from Kevin Keys we can, believe me I wouldnt order 5,000 without asking first! Something about its ok for open air stadiums or something. I guess thundersticks would be a good example.

No, non-alum can get them for $3 or 2 for $5.

So are we all in favor of the cow bells? I'm thinking the cow bells might be the North America version of the vuvuzelas from Africa.

I guess we'll see saturday...

30 percent chance of showers/storms in the evening so there is some hope at least. Im hoping to take the wife to her first football game ever tomorrow but if it looks like itll rain pretty heavily she isnt going because she gets sick real easy when it rains.

I went and saw the Red Sox play in Tampa the night after they gave away cowbells...Not fun when you are sitting in front of a drunk guy going crazy at odd times with his cowbell. However, I think it would be great at the Bill!

I don't see much rain. Maybe light rain from time to time but by game time I think it falls apart.
