I am not sure what the most frustrating thing about this loss is. If we would have won out and lost to Coastal still would have had a spot in the playoffs. This loss puts us in a position where we have to beat Coastal but with the injuries lining up it is going to be difficult.
GW did everything to let us back in the game. The missed FGs are absurd considering how good Lunsford is. The dropped TD that would have tied the game by Petey hit him right in the numbers. We still would have had the ball back but we muffed the punt. These are not things you like to see when you have a team with several seniors at key positions & a 4 year starter at QB.
