Wow. Great article. Thanks Smoothie. I have the same feeling about Rocco and Barber as well. I don't get the impression that they are here to build their resumes, and move up, but that they are here to see Dr. Falwell's vision come to pass. Even though McKay has only been here a few months, I think he may be in the same category, and hopefully the new baseball coach will be as well.

The difference is Barber, Rocco, and McKay got to meet and know Jerry. They know how passionate he was. The new baseball coach will only hear stories and not have the personal connection.

Dr. Falwell's dreams and goals were goals that spoke to everyone. Everyone wants to reach those goals, which apart from his passioniate pursuing of these goals, are easy to get under.
