Quote in Chris' article in the paper this AM:
Kallander hinted that some news about potential conference expansion could come out of the spring meetings, but he wouldn't elaborate. Longwood has applied for membership twice and Division II Presbyterian College in South Carolina has shown interest in moving to I-AA and joining the Big South.
Why not bring BOTH teams in? I understand TAMCC is leaving softball after this year, and don't we NEED them (or another team) to keep the auto. bid in the sport? It would help us hedge our bets if Coastal were to jump ship. The Big South certainly doesn't ever need to be placed in a predicament like it was when Campbell bolted. Wasn't there also some talk about Gardner-Webb wanting in, too? Expand to 12 teams would not be a bad thing.

Isaiah 33:1
Woe to you, O destroyer, you who have not been destroyed!
Woe to you, O traitor, you who have not been betrayed!
Woe to you, O destroyer, you who have not been destroyed!
Woe to you, O traitor, you who have not been betrayed!
