So I just learned that there is a CRAZY price hike on roses this year....I just called the number fumble gave me and they are $55 bucks for 1 dozen, I called a few other places and they are $60-70....I think I may go the basketcase on Old Forest Rd and see what they have....I want to get this right Mallet, I need to ask them if they can wrap up in a basket tube steak for my girlfriend???

generally the price of roses always goes up during this time...if i were to buy them i'd get them like a week before and just hope they survive...

so anyway, valentine's day is stupid. And you guys are suckers for participating. Your wife/girlfriend doesn't give you credit for this, because you expected to do something. Just do something that takes no effort, but enough that she can't get mad at you for doing nothing. Then do whatever most people do for V day on some random meaningless day. It counts for like 5 times the credit. You're playing right into the hands of the evil greeting card industry.
