I have boots----1998, haven't worn much this year but did last year. They're Timberlands and in very good shape.

Sweater---late 90's. Its just plain navy blue so its never out of fashion. I wear it all the time. Funny because the place I bought it went out of business more than 5 years ago.

Casual/dress shoes----around 01 or 02.

Jacket---Birthday 1993. Its out of fashion though so I haven't worn it in a number of years. It still fits becasue it was too big when I bought. Its a Starter pullover jacket (light weight).

Two pairs of boots:
--steel toed work books/hiking boots from the mid-1970s
--cowboy boots from 1982 (I still claim the boots are what won my Texan wife over)

I have a UMass sweatshirt from 1990. It is made of two layers of heavyweight sweatshirt material so it is extremely warm. I wear it once or twice a year while shoveling the driveway.

My older brother had a North Carolina Tar Heels hooded sweatshirt that dates back to when he was in eighth grade, if not earlier (so this is late 1992). I've worn it myself a bunch of times... I saw it in my old closet the last time I went to my parents house, and said "hey! i can still wear that!"

And I do. My apartment is always too cold. It's good to have something warm... even if it's older than some of the freshman AT carolina.

My dad gave me an old union suit he was given while working for N&W Railroad in the Summer of '61. He gave it to me in the Late '70s and they are still alive today and I break them out about once every five years or so here in Texas when I have to stand outside in a nasty weather.

My wife keeps cleaning out my drawers for me and throwing ouit my favorite tees from back in the day.

It used to be white but now I guess I could charitably describe it as cream. And while it doesn't have a flap, it does have a slit for the same purposes.

It takes a refined skill ... but it works when the need arises.

Sly, it sounds like you are wearing your union suit backwards. That 'slit' is supposed to be buttoned up the front. :)

That actually looks like it ... but with some discoloring from the years. That pic doesn't show the tailoring on the backside.

I went to my schools Hall of Fame weekend at the end of January. This meant I HAD to play in the alumni game and YES I DID FIT IN MY OLD UNIFORM!!!

Let the mockery begin!! (And yes I did break suction on BOTH shoes for the FINGER ROLL!)

My nickname wasn't Mayonaisse for nothing!!

SLY - I was going in for the patented Haize finger roll which allows for the 1 1/2 step! And of COURSE I let the refs know before the game that I was on of the "Bretheren" And wouldn't you know, I didn't commit a single foul or violation and shat quite a few FT's!!!
